About Cumberland Care

Cumberland Care is a disability care provider based in Hornsby, in Sydney’s North-West.

We’re a small but energetic team of people who are passionate about providing outstanding service and support for people with disability, so that they can lead their best lives.

We understand that every person is different; even more so when someone lives with disability. Each person that comes through our door brings with them a different set of skills, background and challenges.

The first priority when we welcome a new client is to simply listen. Once we have a clear understanding of a person’s situation, we can focus on their aspiration.

Our mission is to lighten the load for every person and family that we work with, so that they can focus on the things that matter most.
